How a turnover works
Kitchen & bathrooms
The kitchen and bathrooms set the tone for a guest's first impression, so they get the most attention. We clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, sinks and the spaces guests actually use, and we sanitize each bathroom — toilet, sink, shower or tub and mirrors. Trash and recycling are taken out so the apartment is fresh and odor-free the moment the next guest arrives.
Linens, towels & restocking
Fresh linens and towels are changed every visit (linens are provided by the host), and on request we restock the guest essentials you keep on hand. Tell us what you supply and where you store it, and we'll keep the space guest-ready turnover after turnover. Consistent linen changes and restocking are often the difference between a four-star and a five-star review.
Staging & presentation
After cleaning, we stage the space so it looks photo-ready for arrival — straightened, presented and matching the listing photos guests booked from. The goal is a turnover that feels effortless to your guests and to you.
Reporting after every visit
After each turnover we report any damage we notice and flag low or missing supplies, so you can address issues before the next check-in rather than hearing about them from a guest. Quick-turn, same-day scheduling is available when our calendar allows, which makes back-to-back bookings far less stressful to manage.
